Intro to Yoga Anatomy

Want to learn about anatomy and how understanding the skeleton and muscles enriches your yoga practice and teaching? This workshop will give both students and teachers a firm foundation in the basic anatomical movements, bones and muscles, as pertains to the yoga practice.

Get to know your body and how to identify common misalignments on and off your mat. From an energetic perspective, when our bones are aligned, our energy can flow more freely, instilling a sense of ease within structure.

Qualifies for Yoga-Alliance approved Continuing Education Credits.

Partner Yoga

Partner yoga is a delightful way to create shapes together that you cannot create on your own while deepening connection and building trust. Join Meghan and Ellie for a fun, interactive afternoon of laughter, tenderness, and physical touch through partner poses, partner stretching, and hands on assists. Absolutely no experience is necessary. Come with a friend, partner, yoga buddy, or family member knowing we will switch up duos a bit to communicate beyond words in community. This workshop will deepen your practice and leave you feeling calm, grounded, tended to, and connected. Close practice with complimentary wine, chocolate and NA options to celebrate connection and community.
